Become a member of our banking and payments team and support our rapidly evolving asset management business by providing global solutions for vendor payments, banking, settlements and out of pocket recharge activities.

As a part of a vibrant and diverse team, you’ll be responsible for preparation and review of payment instructions, review of supplier invoices and vendor records. You’ll also monitor compliance around vendor call back procedures and perform control checks around payment processes. You’ll be responsible for planning the monthly pay cycle calendar and communicating to key stakeholders while managing and running daily and weekly payment cycles as well as creating, reviewing and maintaining process maps and documentation.

In this role you’ll get to show your ability to manage a range of projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high quality of deliverables. You’ll participate and contribute in global team meetings on a regular basis and respond to queries received from business users or internal teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams across the organisation when audit is being performed and help ensure compliance of all banking and payment related policies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have 3-6 years of experience in financial services with exposure to banking and payment related actives. You’ll have the ability to build strong relationships as you proactively understand client requirements and achieve the desired outcome. You’ll possess good knowledge of Oracle and SAP and demonstrate ability to manage ongoing ad hoc requests, queries, and complaints or issues appropriately. You’ll also bring experience in analysing data using excel or other data analysis tools.
